We the employees and owners of Advanced Realty and Appraisals would like to extend a sincere THANK YOU, to each and every one of our clients. You are who make us what we are and we deeply appreciate it. We have made so many new friends thru the years buy helping our neighbors to sell their homes or property and helping our new friends find their dream homes. So with that said MERRY CHRISTMAS! I have had so many people ask for my egg nog recipie, I thought that I would give it to you here so that you can forward it on! (if you Like it) The following eggnog recipe will teach you how to make it the traditional Christmas Egg Nog - the way I make mine- with a bit of alcohol. This specific alcoholic version specifically uses brandy, which is the way I am used to it. (You can use brandy, rum or whiskey which ever you prefer or not use any alcohol)
When making eggnog with this recipe, it is most important that you brew with love. I'm sure that's what makes it taste so good. Ingredients 6 Eggs, Separated 1/2 c Super fine sugar 1/4 tsp Salt 2 ts Vanilla 2 c Brandy 1 c Milk 2 c Whipping cream Nutmeg How to make Homemade Brandy Egg Nog Beat egg yolks, 1/4 cup sugar, nutmeg, salt and vanilla together with rotary beater or electric mixer until very thick and light yellow. Slowly beat in brandy and milk. Cover and chill overnight. Shortly before serving, beat egg whites to soft peaks. Gradually beat in remaining 1/4 cup sugar with same beater, beat cream to soft peaks. Fold meringue into beaten cream. Then slowly pour on chilled brandy mixture folding in gently. 16 servings
